Please notify us at least two business days in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled session. This allows us to offer the time to another family.
 

• One short-notice cancellation (under 48 hours) is allowed for sudden illness or emergency.

• A $50 fee applies for a second short-notice cancellation.
 

All cancellation payments can be submitted below. If charged, the cancellation fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
